• We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchased tyres, except in cases of a valid manufacturing defect.

• Once a tyre has been used, installed, or the packaging has been opened, it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Replacement (In Case of Manufacturing Defect)

• If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures and details of the issue.

• The tyre must be unused, unmounted, and in its original condition.

• Our team will inspect the issue and, if confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement (subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy).

• The final decision on replacement is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once processed and dispatched.

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests will only be considered before shipping.

4. Damages During Transit

• If you receive a damaged product due to shipping, please inform us immediately with pictures of the packaging and product.

• We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue, but refunds will not be provided.
